Pro koho je tento workshop určen?
Pro jakýkoliv startupový tým, který nemá jasno ve své cílové skupině a problému, který u této cílové skupiny řeší a hledá jej (tzv. Product/Market fit). Dále pro kohokoliv, kdo si má v plánu založit firmu, pro inovátory nebo zaměstnance startupů, kteří se chtějí metodu Lean Startup naučit tzv. od píky.
Máte svůj nápad? Skvělé! Budete mít příležitost ho během 50 sekund prezentovat na úvod workshopu (tzv. 50s elevator pitch). Po následném hlasování a vybrání nejlepších nápadů, budete mít příležitost vytvořit tým a začít pracovat, pokud váš nápad bude vybrán.
Důrazně doporučujeme všem účastníkům, aby přišli na LSM s novým nápadem. Je to velmi důležité pro to, aby si všichni účastníci z workshopu odnesli maximum.
Pokud máte v plánu pracovat na existujícím projektu*, přiveďte si na workshop alespoň jednoho spoluzakladatele. Pokud spoluzakladatele máte, ale nemůže na workshop přijít, budete muset pracovat na novém nápadu. Nemusíte mít ovšem obavu, postaráme se o to, abyste získali maximum znalostí a dovedností, které poté budete moci využít ve své práci nebo firmě.
Nemáte spoluzakladatele? To není žádný problém. Budete mít možnost potkat velké množství talentovaných a chytrých lidí a budete mít příležitost slyšet jejich nápady.
* Existujícím projektem myslíme takový, který již má vytvořené nějaké návrhy, prototypy nebo se již např. začal programovat. Pokud je to váš případ, nedovolíme, aby se k vám někdo další na workshopu přidal. Z naší zkušenosti je pro účastníky velmi těžké připojit se k někomu, kdo už má představu jak má jeho existující projekt vypadat.
